BookLove is a digital platform that allows users (“you”, “your”, “User”) to browse, book, and manage appointments with third-party professionals (“Service Providers”), such as hairdressers, beauty salons, and wellness centers.
BookLove acts as an intermediary between users and service providers.
We do not directly provide any of the beauty or wellness services booked through the app.
To use BookLove, you must:
Be at least 16 years old (or the legal age of consent in your country).
Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Provide accurate and truthful personal information.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
To make bookings, you must create an account with valid information, including your name, email address, and password.
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
All activity that occurs under your account.

When you make an appointment through the app:
You enter into a direct contract with the selected service provider.
BookLove transmits your booking request and confirmation on behalf of the provider.
The provider is solely responsible for the quality and delivery of the booked service.
Each provider defines their own cancellation and refund policy.
Please check their policy before confirming your booking.
BookLove may facilitate communication but is not responsible for any disputes regarding service performance or refunds.
Payments may be made:
In person directly to the service provider, or
Online, via integrated secure payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
We do not store or process payment card details directly.
Online transactions are handled through third-party payment processors in compliance with PCI-DSS security standards.
You agree to:
Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
Not misuse, damage, or attempt to hack the app or servers.
Not post false, offensive, or defamatory content.
Respect the time and work of service providers (e.g., attend bookings on time).
We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account that violates these rules.
Users may post reviews about their experiences.
By submitting a review, you grant BookLove a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce your review for promotional or informational purposes.
We reserve the right to remove reviews that are abusive, irrelevant, or violate privacy or law.
All content in the app, including logos, graphics, text, and code, is the intellectual property of BookLove or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
“BookLove” and its logo are registered or pending trademarks of BookLove.
Your privacy is important to us.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BookLove disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
You breach these Terms;
You misuse the platform;
We are required to do so by law or regulation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and, where applicable, the laws of the country in which you reside.
